It’s October already. Where did our summer go? We earn them over the rainy months and I think many of us feel we were shorted. We had a great Summer at Red Star over the summer months with many months over 200 and we even went over 300 people setting a new Red Star record!
This month we’ve teamed up with Grindr, a popular phone app to help guys find guys near them, to celebrate their hitting 100 users. We are an official Grindr party and the only one in our area.
We’ve got some great music planned, special decorations and some fun new surprises. Women are always welcome even at our Grindr party.
As always, doors open at 9pm and cover is 21 and over. The upstairs bar is cash only but downstairs has an ATM and may take credit cards.
Don’t forget that it is First Friday ART WALK in Bremerton some come downtown early and take in some art, have a bite to eat and party with us!
You can usually find some great rates at the Hampton Inn or even closer at the Fairfield Inn.
Stay in touch by finding us on Facebook or sign up for “Red Alerts” by texting redstarparty to 69302.
June is here already and with it starts Pride Season. Seattle Pride is Sunday, June 27th and here in Bremerton Kitsap Pride is Saturday, July 17th with our big Pride Party that same night. Throughout the region there are many more events. So get your Pride on!
The Pride Lauch Party is your kick off event. Last month we had 300 people come out to party setting a new record. DJ MAtt Stands was there with his new laser. Matt has just be brought on to the Cuff’s First Saturday night so now you can catch him there. This month we have VJ Andrew Jensen keeping you dancing with great videos on our big screen. We’ve had the Eagles add a bartender to help keep things moving. If it was our bar it would be different but we do what we can. Thanks for being patient.
We’ve really had some exciting events recently and this next party will be no exception. DJ Matt Stands returns again this month but with a new laser show like you’ve never seen before – anywhere. Plus we have a great drag line up with Tory Marchella, Xandria Cocks, Sharon Huzbends, Katrina Duall, and Lexus Morre E’Vougue. The show starts at 9:50.
April was a busy month with the Seattle Men’s Chorus concert and Dining Out For Life. It was great to see so many people at other events. It’s great that there is so much going on and before we know it Kitsap Pride will be here on July 17th. In May, The Q Center is holding a Pink Prom for youth ages 14 to 23 at Olympic College. They will be looking for some volunteers to chaperone and will be doing some fundraising to make it happen.
After I post this I’m off to the Grand Opening of the e new Fairfield Inn & Suites just a block from the Eagles. I just saw that for May 7th a King room is $89 and a Two Bedroom Suite that sleeps up to 8 was $159! Party responsibly.
Se you on the 7th!
For everyone at Red Star,
